This was after his two young associates could not figure out how to take the Price Pfizer kitchen faucet apart to install a replacement cartridge. Mr. Holder was very glib and cavalier in my initial assessment meeting with him and likewise when he offered the excuse about the kitchen faucet. So if you want to chance using him for service work; BEWARE!"
