"We made a appointment with Eagle One to repair our microwave and the pleasant gal set up the visit for the following day. Later that afternoon we received a call confirming and gave us a 3 hr. window. Kyle arrived well within that time and within a half hour, he located the problem and said he would be back the following week. The night before last, we received a call with a 3 hour window. Despite the weather warning coming from Gilbert to Payson, we were expecting a cancellation but instead, had a call that he would arrive within 30 minutes. And he did. Within 45 minutes, he replaced the microwave, picked up his tools and he was on his way. Kyle was extremely polite, took the time to explain the problem, he knew exactly what he was doing and what we were expecting to be some sort of delay, or part , was instead a pleasure. He made our day and we highly recommend his service. Thank you so much Kyle."

"Excellent experience with Eagle One Appliance Repair! Victor was our technician, and he was GREAT! Very thorough when describing what was wrong with my washer and gave me all my options for repair. He was very courteous. When I called to schedule my appointment, I left a voicemail and a representative called me right back to schedule. They gave me a 15-minute call to let me know they were on their way, which was very helpful. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to others!"
