While I am still a beginner, I could tell an immediate difference in the playability of the guitar after the set up I got here. "I needed my son's guitar fixed quickly because he had a lesson tonight, and one of the strings didnt sound right at all. I know nothing about them, and my son is a beginner. I googled "guitar shops near me", and I was so very fortunate to have called Glenn. Went right over, and he identified that the neck was actually bent, due to poor manufacturing!
