"An adjustment after speaking with the lawyer who handled my case I was under the impression this would be a three way split. It was not. After all was said and done I received a payout that was essentially equal to some overtime hours. The loss I and my family incurred is immeasurable surely, but to come out after the case and still have debt exceeding the payout was beyond frustrating. The insurance company Will take everything you and your family deserve and no sleep will be lost from it. The attorneys did their best to handle it, although it did not turn out the way we had hoped. That being said this company closes cases on such a grand scale that should an individual get a lower payment due to insurance adjusting the amount charged to the client to allow the client at least 1/3rd of the money would surely not even come close to a net loss overall to the company. Seeing this from purely financial at this point I feel we could have all benefited, but we feel Robbed. This is an emotional feeling but the staff is kind. I do not feel personal hatred towards the staff. They did do their job, timely and accurately."
"It is NOT defamation first of all I was calling around to different attorneys to try and figure out who I wanted to hire for my personal injury case from a very bad rear end accident. I gave Lerner and Rowe one star because I did call and the person that answered was anything BUT polite and did not seam like she wanted anything to do with answering my questions. I'm sorry if you don't like my review Lerner but it's ABSOLUTELY NOT A reason to threaten me with a lawsuit. Have a great day."
"My experience with Lerner and Rowe was a great experience. With having to provide little to nothing, they handled pretty much everything. It was a timely process, and could have continued but was just ready to settle and get it over with. They were very patient and understanding with everything going on. I would definitely recommend Lerner and Rowe for future clients."
