"Rude disrespectful. It's ok to answer the phone...take a number call call back. Don't have full conversation while, I, as a costumer am sitting in front of her in mid sentence. And do it multiple times. Not helpful. For the price the service should be so much higher. I will NOT be using Jackson Hewitt ever again."
