"I have had an account at PCFCU for 2 1/2 years now. I am a retired credit union manager and the employees at this CU are rude and could not care less about a members needs. When they were challenged concerning deposit my care given was making foe, they laughed as they listened to my explanation over the phone. I am a shut in senior and have to send my helpers to the CU to make deposits, no transactions that need my signature. As soon as I can I plan to close this account and I will never recommend this CU to anyone. I am also going to write a letter to the NUCA concerning the attitudes displayed. I was unhappy the first 6 months, sorry I stayed this long."
