This was 9 months into the process and they had not taken any initiative to return the checks and upon my attorney's contacting them they had deposited them into their account and agreed to return them only when confronted . Why they have not taken the initiative on their own to do so without being prompted is an obvious attempt at retaining money they had not earned. When we got copies of the checks they had done so by forging my name on the back of the checks. Literally had handwritten my name as if I had signed them and endorse them to have them and had we not caught it and question them on it they would have kept over $20,000 unjustifiably. This is a crooked law firm that should be reported to the bar and should be out of practice. I have not heard any positive reviews about Zane's law and don't know where any of them came from that are on the website if there are any I would highly question the legitimacy of those reviews from my experience and the many numerous legal individuals I have spoken to that have reinforced my experience by saying it is well known in the legal field that Zane's law has a very bad reputation. For you Mrs Zane and your stupid commercial where you say you'll love what we do and the way we do it I despise what you do and the way you try to rip people off. Your criminals."
