"We hired Ricardo about 2 years ago and $3500 plus later, we are still in the same place, if not worse. Nothing has been accomplished. It’s is very hard to get Ricardo to return phone calls. We have always had to keep calling him and leave message after message until he gets tired a of hearing us call and finally answers us. He asked for monthly payments and when I told him I wanted to see where our money was going he got upset. When I told him we wanted our calls answered in a timely manner he also got upset. We would go weeks without a returned phone call. When we did talk he was always very short and had no time to answer questions we had. This is not the way a professional handles their clients. Do not recommend. He will try to take your money and give you no assistance. Waste of my money"
