One of the better qualities that they have is your loan amount is approved up front which eliminates doing all the hard work just to get disqualified due to credit problems in the end, etc. Annalee even answer emails after hours which was really surprising and shows that she is dedicated to her job, Kara works as her assistant supporting her when she is not available which shows great teamwork, and Josie works to ensure you get all the paperwork that is needed in turn speeding up the process.
