"Don't bank here, worst experience you'll ever have! Terrible customer service, they will lie to your face and over the phone, then deny the lie. They charge excessive fees, for all transactions, even if you are simply checking your account balance. Deposits take days on end to clear. Debit cards would mysteriously not work half of the time (especially withdrawals), and balance transfers would not go through. They basically take your money, then act like it's their money. Meanwhile, you will have to jump through whatever hoops they create. It's obvious they use your funds to generate their own revenue. Moving it around, investing, loaning, and drawing interest on their clients wealth. They don't want you withdrawing your own money. Read the other reviews here, I'm not the only one with this opinion."
