"The staff was very friendly and efficient. We did have to wait a long time just to get an appointment. Perhaps another staff veterinarian would be prudent, as ours pets that are experiencing difficulties deserve to be taken care of in a more timely manner. Also the vet herself was brief and spent very little time examining our pet or talking with us. I suppose her staff was to take care of that, but when you come to have your precious pet taken care of it is the veterinarian that should be taking the time to be sure you are informed and comfortable with your pet's care. The staff was great and we did get what we needed done, but we had to wait for the appointment for longer than should be. Also, the costs of the tests was high, as well as the medications. Another vet on staff would yield them profits to pay for itself, and our community would get appointments quicker. Felt like it was about profits and overhead rather than making sure our pets receive prompt care. Again, the care was very good from the staff, it just took too long to get an appointment, the cost was high, and the veterinarian spent very little time with us."
