"They had my case over a year, I had called them 4 times in a year to find out what was going on. They never called me once until the end of that year. I signed paper to accept offer in January.2024. They said two weeks. It’s been two months, I’m still waiting , I called earlier this week still no response. They don’t care about the customer. They are as bad as insurance companies."

"I have been trying to work with this firm for a number of months. If you expect communication on your case - this is not the firm for you. They have closed their office and work remotely - someplace. They do not answer their phone. Sadly, I have paid them in full. My only recourse at this time is to contact the bar. I only expect communication during normal business hours."
