"I had my W4 form done their in 2023 I assumed he would ask the right questions but I guess I was wrong, I have dependents and he did not add my dependents, so I received a lower refund. Is my fault really for not checking the form after I left I figured I received less of a refund because of my income, but after I decided to use turbo tax to file my own In 2024 I decided to go over the 2023 just to realized that my dependents were not added on, on the dependents line they were left blank. Now i had to do an amended. I figured he would use the dependents from last year but that was not the case. Thanks to turbo tax you can file for free and 1 hour later of your time to file. 3 stars I think he's overwhelmed with work."
