"Chris really cares about customers. He went out of his way to help me get an AC compressor fixed under my home warranty plan. He communicated to the warranty company and picked up the parts on Friday afternoon to install on Saturday morning, the fastest this could be done. Previous company was going to take 3-5 business days after submitting report just to get the parts. I've used Total Home Repair before and I definitely recommend them without hesitation. Great job Chris, my tenants and I appreciate you going above expectations to help us."
