"Our water heater blew after only 6 years. Knowing we would need to bite the bullet and buy a new one - called Mammoth. Leanna took my call and was able to get us seen that very day! They are the only ones we trust to come out and not up sell us to the hilt. Anyway….. Lawrence came out. And after accessing and made some calls for us (he could have just replaced it and called it good) he took the time to find out it was actually still covered under the warranty. He took it out - took it to Home Depot and brought a new one back and installed. Lawrence was great! And so appreciated!"
