Yes, there are a constant flow of people in there but they seem to get them out as quick as possible without sacrificing service. I was very impressed with the level of personal service and help they offered us. They have a great process in place it seemed to me to be the most efficient at serving so many people. When you have a business as great as they are, there will be a lot of customers. Everyone loves fantastic service and they provide it. I don't mind waiting for 20 minutes to speak to an individual, rather than a bot or automated line from a company that will not answer your call or help you."
