"After a error was made on my 2021 taxes return due to a incorrect amount being input by Rhonda and her staff. I spent a year trying to get it resolved with the IRS. Everytime I reached out with concern or help I was told by Rhonda she was “busy and did not have time” to help me with a resolution or supply documentation. 30+ hours on the phone and providing documentation myself to resolve her offices mistake a year later my refund was significantly decreased and she received a payment of $530 for her services. I called to discuss a refund due in which she told me she was not speaking to me about a refund because they did the work! I did all of the work to fix her office’s preparation error!
