"People that work here are respectful, but it is a skeleton crew most of the time and there isn't a dedicated employee for paperwork, so it can take some time. They do have bathrooms you can use, but be sure to clean up after yourselves, the sign states that they'll take away bathroom privileges if it's abused - aka -shaving or washing yourself in the sink. Yes, you need to walk down the hill, but it's not that bad unless it's summer and you're severely unhealthy, so that's most of us lol. I saw someone mention there is no sidewalk, but there is one across the street. Drop and hooks are extremely easy and live loads take about an hour in my experience."

"Management is great. Also the workers that load BOX BY BOX are amazing. Working in hot conditions and work as fast as they can. Great staff and yeah it takes awhile but after seeing how they do it I understand why it takes awhile sometimes. But overall great staff."

"I don’t know what happen all you people! But my experience was awesome, got a door right away, loaded within 2 hours! Yes you have to park and walk down n up a hill but as stated be another reviewer “some need the exercise” I would go back!"

"Not a bad drop and hook, everyone won't experience the same, which is why there are some one star reviews. I checked in, was greeted respectful. Drop my empty, grabbed a loaded one. And rolled out. Simple. Yes, you have to walk to the office to check in, most of you need a little walk, it won't hurt. Have a wonderful day, drivers..."
