"Finally get time to come to the time to get repairs done at the shop and they cannot help customers while doing inventory. One lady is just standing there not helping for a full 4 mins of avoiding the door. This place is ridiculous - wish I never gone to them as optical providers. Customer service is trash."

"✨BEWARE✨ when paying! Our insurance usually cover’s exam and glasses (frames under a certain amount) we usually don’t upgrade anything so we have one free exam a year along with a free frame and lines. We have been coming to the same location never had a problem, but they went through new management apparently last year. We went to check out for a yearly exam and the total was $30. She said it was. “ a deductible”. And she’s been seeing this deductible quite often this year with co-pays. I said that was kind of odd because nothing has changed in our coverage and to put the glasses on hold so I can call to verify. Long story short there was no deductible and they were trying to scam us $30. When I called a few days later, the manager stated it was a. “Thinner lens” upgrade… which we never agreed to and always opt out of. I’m not sure how many people have been “scammed” just beware! Customer service is okay the dr is fast but scamming is another level."

"I live in Maricopa was unable to get anyone to answer or return my call at that location after a few tries so I went to the Chandler location. After speaking with the receptionist that took my information for an appointment, explained my situation having cataract surgery, and Medicare giving me their contact as a provider that works and submit to Medicare for my Medical purposes for lenses frames and visit, the person that took all my info said she had all she needed, and all was good. That was not at all the case once I got there and was told that’s not their procedure and showed me a list of what they needed, it would have been nice if I was advised of what “ they” needed before I wasted the trip and time! I should’ve trusted my gut feeling after reading many reviews not to go there. Like I wanted to be driving 347 if I didn’t have to!"

"My husband and I were looking for glasses and possibly contacts. We did not have an appointment and needed to get an appointment as soon as possible. The service we received from everyone at this site was absolutely astounding! The Ladies at the front desk were very professional, extremely knowledgable, and very cordial. Every question we asked was answered with the information we were looking for. We also had questions about our insurance coverage and they pointed out coverage in our policy that we have forgotten we had. We were also informed of discounts Nationwide Vision provided. The Dr and his assistant also took the time to also explain and answer all the questions we were concerned about. They also took the time to inform us how important it is to make sure we are getting the best eye care. We left knowing that Nationwide does not just sell eye glasses. All the staff at this site makes sure the customer knows their goal is to provide the best eye care to their customers. Thank you very much. We have found a place that we can trust with out eye care."

"Customer service was awful this one amazing lady was helping with my glasses when her colleague told her not to and said she would help she never did the first nice lady ended up helping me instead. The the rude woman completely ignored me and was incredibly rude to her colleagues as she deserves to be fired, also last time I was in she was also rude. My glasses were on the counter and she wouldn't help"
