"After over 5 yrs with the clinic my wife and I have both left due to inaccurate, unresponsive and inaccessible billing department. The office staff has been very good despite frequent turnover. But I have submitted proof of payment 3 times for the same $25 copay and still receive past due notices with collection threats. The billing office ONLY takes emails, no phone calls. Not acceptable."

"I've went to this place for years started having trouble with them a couple years ago few months back they have put me on different medications and then they quit filling them I would call they would never answer pharmacy would call or let them know that I needed my prescriptions they would not get back to them I went for over a week without my anxiety pill almost could have had a stroke or a heart attack and they did not care one bit I had to go in and ask for the manager even though she didn't care two days later I actually got my pills also the doctors don't stay they were charging me copay to visit with the doctor to go back and find out they were quick or fired so I have to pay another copay to see another doctor to establish then she decided she doesn't work after 3:00 anymore so I had to go do it again and there's more doctors visits that were not necessary because nothing was done this place really needs to be looked at. In my mind with all the doctor's visits and those doctors disappearing that is three in one year to me that's fraud or something like it because that's stealing money"

"Today I had appointment and I was late about 11 minutes and right away the girl who she works in front desk she canceled my appointment she said you are one minute late and you have to reschedule your appointment she was so rude . I said I just took off from my work because my appointment but they didn’t help me and I am really sad now I will cancel all my upcoming appointments and my kids with this clinic. They’re not helping people they’re just stolen our money and insurance money. Before I saw before they were not really nice and helpful but I said that is ok and I continued with them after today no more appointments with this company."

"I have seen a very serious drop in the services and professionalism at this practice over the last several years. They seem to struggle from poor management, and have providers leaving their practice far too often. Things were so bad I had to find another practice and provider. I would strongly recommend people stay away from this practice. You will spend more time tracking things like prescription issues, billing issues and other items that will cost you a lot of time. All of this could be avoided if the practice was run efficiently and professionally."

"Been going here for 7 years. The first 5 were great. The last 2 terrible. Now they don't have weekend appointments or a in house lab for blood draws. Had 5 doctors in 7 years. Staff doesn't stay there. I got a new pcp and new doctors office that has later appointments and weekend appointments and in house labs."
