"The service and documentation were all good. The results are supposed to arrive up to 18 hours after the test, mine took 20 - and because of this I could not check in for my flight until they arrived -fortunately I just made the flight this was a stressful experience"
"It was not a good experience. I did my covid PCR test Saturday morning for travel Sunday evening. The website said they guarantee less than 16hours results and it did not came even after 24 hours. When I called, I was told that there’s something wrong with their lab and they don’t known when the result will come out. Nobody bother to call and let me know my result will not come on time.?This made me in a very awkward position. I need result in a few hours and I ended up getting it from emergency services. This is not a good experience at all."
