"I have been getting harassing texts that my payment is overdue for a bill I paid online (so instantly and I have proof it went thru) a few days after I received it. The charges were for $16.56. Their billing department needs to get it's act together."
"I'm not surprised that others have had billing challenges. We got a text message - our first contact with a medical group we didn't know. Text - "To pay your bill, click this link." WHAT bill? WHO are you? After many hours, I finally linked "Envision" with "CRA" - contracted radiologist at Mercy Gilbert. Finally, a week later, the bill arrived in the mail. Not 30 days to pay...19 days...or added charges. Tried to pay at their given website. Their payment platform is unworkable...and I have easily paid ALL other bills in my life over the past 20 years online. I'm sending check. Can't decide if it is worth the time to "scream" about this group and their billing service."
"Chandler Radiology Associates performed my MRI at Chandler Regional Hospital on 8/28. I received a bill a month later - the week of 9/28. I tried to pay online on Saturday 10/1 but the website said I have zero balance and wouldn't let me pay. I called about it today (10/4) and was informed that I was already sent to a collections agency. The due date on the bill was 10/16. What is wrong with this company?!?! If I ever have a choice in my radiology provider in the future, I will NOT use this company!!! If you're reading this and you have choice...consider yourself forewarned."
