"Not professional and not able to get professional feedback on my heart problem. Dr. Barry is good but Nurse practitioner doesn't have a good attitude to care patient's heart problem."

"Went in for the first visit and Dr Tendler and staff were good. I was told to wait for a return call from the staff for the next appointment to schedule test. It's been 2 months since the visit with no call and not even a bill. I found out from my insurance provider the cost of visit in a insurance review before they have even sent a bill. I have to say the doctors there have high remarks and rankings, but it seems like reviere on here, similar to my own, have a common underlying problem of a dis- organized staff."

"Dr Barry is great! Unfortunately you have to deal with the incompetence of his staff to get to him! I left multiple messages with important information and qualities, NEVER got a call back in 3 months. Had to wait for my pre-scheduled appointment which was for test results only for him to ask me why I didn’t have the tests done! I told him because I couldn’t get a call back from his office, I had driven 90 minutes to get a heart monitor only to get there, wait 30 minutes for them to tell me that the person before me never returned the monitor. Totally incompetent staff. I changed Cardiologist because of them"

"Really like Dr Barry and also Baugh. But the staff is the worst. It took over 3 months for me to get sleep study wrapped up due to their inefficiency. Should have taken 3 weeks. Had a blood test 5 weeks ago. When I called...for the third time...they said "we usually wait until patient's next appointment to tell them the results". I said I hadn't planned to come in again until a year from now for annual visit. I specifically had asked to be notified right away. I think it's time for me to find a new doctor. It's too bad that his staff is so bad cause I'm sure he's going to keep losing patients...cause we're all losing patience...with his staff."

"I honestly feel bad for giving such a poor review due to the fact that Dr. Barry is such a great Provider. This review is reflective on the poor quality of staff that he unfortunately has working for him. I have been dealing with his billing department for two months trying to get an answer regarding a statement I kept receiving. I repeatedly called and was told by the front desk clerk that billing was unavailable and I would receive a call back. I was even told by the same person that she emailed the office manager to follow up with me. Finally, two months later I was able to speak to Netty from billing who was absolutely rude about the whole situation, even scolding me about how I should know about my co-pay and how my insurance works and she didn't understand how I was under wrong impression about my statement. I made payments in the office based on what the clerk told me and attempted to resolve the issue in a timely matter to ensure that my statement didn't go to collections. I know this a medical facility but I am just disgusted with how poorly they handle their business. It is sad that such a great provider has to be associated with people that have such poor customer service skills."
