"Do not go here if you are experiencing cognitive or emotional symptoms or are neuro divergent. I was accused of being sarcastic by the nurse when I became confused and not given another appointment. I was initially referred here because of cognitive problems and an MRI scan showing WMH in the frontal lobe of my brain. The majority of the appointment was spent having physiotherapy explained for symptoms I am not experiencing nor have ever reported (tingling/numbness in arms). The nurse became agitated when I said I wanted to talk about my brain and cognitive issues which was the whole reason for being referred to them in the first place."

"I went for the neurology part and the front desk was fine but the doctor could care less what i had to say. I tried explaining to her a previous injury i had that i thought was causing some pain and she wouldn’t even let me get a sentence out before she would say “nope” “nah” like girl hear me out first. I specifically said i was tired of getting medicine and wanted to try something else and so of course she said she was going to prescribe me some medicine and that was thurs and now it’s tuesday and still that dr has not sent out my prescription and my medicine is no where to be found. She wanted me in and out & swore she knew my symptoms better than myself. She tried telling me how i felt lol"

"Would not recommend due to customer service and billing. Dr Foltz is awesome. However, I was told I would be referred out in November 2023. By January still no referral sent. Emailed PHX neurology, no answer. Called the office of Dr Foltz, no answer, twice. Had to leave voicemail. No call back ever. The day before a scheduled follow up appt I received automated message that I finally had my referral. Cancelled the appointment and now have been charged a $100 no show fee. Customer service is highly lacking. If you need to speak with billing, hopefully you don't have a job and can answer any time they call. You can't reach anyone when YOU call, you can only leave a voicemail. You WILL be playing phone tag."

"If I could give a score of negative 5 stars I would! The administrative employees at the Osborn location are terrible! They lost a MRI report that I had sent to them from the imaging center. They lost a VNG report that they performed in their own office. I completed the patient info in their portal and they lost that also. We had a follow up appointment to review the VNG results. When we met with the PA, they then told us they did not have the VNG report and lost the MRI report after I drove my elderly mother over 30 minutes to get to the office. We then had a phone appointment where they then told us again that they still did not have the VNG report!! The incompetence in that office is unbelievable. I truly think this would violate HIPAA regulations regarding medical records. DO NOT spend your effort with this medical practice!!! I cannot stress this enough. This is by far the worst medical care I have ever experienced."

"I didn’t have too hard a time with the person I saw because it was a 5 minute consult but the front desk people don’t belong there. I wasn’t inclined to read the reviews until I was asked to write one. So many rules to follow to respect the staff when the staff is rude and disrespectful. It’s distasteful and uncomfortable waiting for the appt or to make the next appt or to give the paperwork. They can’t count back from 10 dollars. I gave the woman a 10 and the co pay was like 3.50. She literally had to stack ones and a couple dollars in quarters to then subtract what the co pay was to figure out my change. SMH. It took over 10 mins to even schedule my next two appts. It’s like she was too busy talking and making remarks to even focus on finding the appointments that needed to be made. I really wanted to wait this out because I waited over TWO MONTHS for this appt but I ended up cancelling the next two appointments I had. Hopefully you read the reviews before booking an appointment because I’d advise you find somewhere if you care about your life (:"
