"This is the worst medical facility I've ever been to. Disorganized, chaotic, most of the staff had been either dismissive or rude, and it was virtually impossible to pay a bill by phone. This place was one of my last ditch resorts when several doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. They sent me to an outpatient facility that didn't even accept my insurance, which was a whole ordeal in itself that ended in a two thousand dollar bill. After the test was inconclusive, I came back to Advanced Gastroenterology, and went in detail over what was checked by my doctors previously, and the facility I was sent to. After hearing that, they wanted to run tests that I already went through and tested negative on. I told them that, but they refused to listen to the point of lying that it really was different. Spoiler: it wasn't, and I received a test kit that I didn't ask for. So, I'm still here with nausea, stabbing pains every time I eat, and a pile of bills but no answers. Please save yourself the headache and choose anywhere else."

"The absolute worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I felt completely disrespected and I was spoken over while asking questions. My appointments are always rescheduled (by the practice) within 24 hours of my scheduled time. I’m a doctor myself and I can’t accommodate these last minute changes when I have patients to see. I would also never speak to patients the way these practitioners do. I was told that they’re “system was shutting down” during my telehealth appointment and the phone call ended before I could get a word in edge wise. Avoid this place at all costs, especially nurse Cristina Miller"

"I had my colonoscopy 4/28/2023 and up to this date 7/9/2023, I have not received the results of my colonoscopy and biopsy. I was told they will call after 2 weeks. I followed up and left mesage with no response. I passed by their clinic yesterday, 7/8/2023, at 3:40PM and office closd. I went to thei endo office next door and and ask if gatro office is open. He checked and to his surprise, gastro office is closed. Sign says open 8:00AM to 5:00PM M-F. My wife will have her colonoscopy in a couple of months and she said nope not with this office. Definitely not recommendable and will also advise my medical insurance."

"It was an incredibly unpleasant experience when I attempted to call them to arrange an appointment for my mother. The woman who answered the phone displayed a remarkably rude demeanor. Not only was there background noise on their end, making it difficult for me to hear her clearly, but when I politely asked her to repeat herself, she became irate. Her tone of voice suggested a sense of ownership and a complete disregard for the importance of customer satisfaction. I felt extremely uncomfortable, saddened, and disrespected during the interaction. This encounter ranks as the worst I have ever had. It's perplexing how they can operate a business without providing proper customer service training for their employees."

"TLDR: stay away from this practice Update on my review I saw the NP, on 9/7/2022. That's when she told me about the compound medication which would have to go to the specialist pharmacy. Today, 9/29/2022, I called Cigna and asked them if they could check if there's anything they can do from their end. The rep from Cigna told me, they received the request from the doctor on 9/23/2022, two whole weeks after I was prescribed the medication. Cigna faxed back follow up questions to the provider, for which they received no response. The rep from Cigna tried to call the practice. Her experience was the same as mine, nobody answers the call, and was asked to leave a VM. In the mean time, miraculously, while all this is going on, I get a call from the doctors office today, 9/29. She tells me, Cigna denied coverage, and I would have to try another therapy. Now because I talked to Cigna before, I know this is not true. Cigna did not deny coverage. The doctors office did not provide info requested by Cigna, so the authorization is pending. So, in addition to being horrible at communicating info, they are also communicating false info. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this practice, and will not recommend them to anyone, ever. Impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone or a call back. I was prescribed a "compound medication" that has to go to a specialist pharmacy. The pharmacy told me it costs $700+ without insurance. So I needed the doctor's office to provide the authorization, and the pharmacy sent that request over to them. I called the pharmacy a cpl of times and they said it's still pending with the doctors office. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I thought the delay was from the insurance company. After not hearing from anyone, I called them pharmacy again, same status. Called these guys, never got anyone on the phone, left several VMs, but got no call back. Finally I called the insurance company. They had already sent the authorization to the doctors office. So these guys are indeed the bottleneck in this whole twisted system. It still hasn't made it from the doctors office to the pharmacy (that they picked, mind you), for 3 weeks now. My procedure as such went well, but just horrible follow up, and customer service"
