"I have been coming to Vision Wellness for about 5 years to see Dr. Ambrose. He is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. I am consistently referring my friends and family to see Dr. Ambrose because of the great care. I have most recently referred my sister and my nephew for a check up. Dr. Ambrose was amazing per usual and he is the ONLY reason why I am giving this review 5 stars. The assistant who helped my sister and nephew was incredibly rude and impatient with them. My sister was upset and felt as if they were a complete inconvenience to her during their initial screening. I was completely taken aback by the way my sister and nephew were treated by her. I would appreciate if there was some further education provided to this individual as to how people should be treated. Thank you."

"Really bad scheduling services, I made an appointment about a month ago for me and my son, they had me to wait that long because it was the only one available after 5pm. So I booked. Today we went over there and this lady told us the appointment was at 5:20 and since it was 5:40 already they can only do one of us!! I told her they sent me an email with the confirmation, and she only said "I'm sorry, but only one". So, do not waste your time scheduling in this company, my recomendation."
