"Wednesday, 12/27/23, one of the worst things a parent could think of , happened. My fiance ended up bringing Our daughter in for breathing issues, tugging/retracting in the throat and rib area and also throwing up every bottle she had that day. She was working herself so hard to breath it was very visible and alarming. The Dr’s whose name at the time I didn’t even catch and now know, “DR” CHRIS A. RAMSOOK, MD was VERY negligent. I expressed our concerns in how bad my daughters breathing looked and how worried we were when “DR” CHRIS A. RAMSOOK, MD came in the room FOR WHAT SEEMED LIKE 1 MINUTE, MAYBE 2 IF THAT, and he quickly “assessed” our daughter and said her symptoms and breathing were normal and apart of the process and that she would be okay. HE WAS GOING TO SEND MY BABY HOME WHEN SHE WAS BREATHING LIKE SHE WAS TAKING HER LAST BREATH AND THEY FOUND PNEUMONIA IN HER RIGHT LUNG!!! “DR” CHRIS A. RAMSOOK, MD brushed the concerns off and told me and my fiancé IF we wanted to get admitted to the main campus we could but he didn’t see the need in that and wanted to send us home instead. For a couple of minutes I sat there shocked at how fast he was in and out the room, I know for a fact he wouldn’t even be able to tell me my daughters eye color if I asked. There’s no way my daughter’s breathing was normal and I didn’t want to go home and end up returning with a blue baby (god forbid) so we advocated for our baby and put our foots down and let “DR” CHRIS A. RAMSOOK, MD know that we in fact felt it was necessary to be admitted and that’s what we wanted to do. After a nurse and a respiratory therapist had came in to see my daughter, I had also expressed our concerns to them and they agreed that my baby was not okay and that she should be admitted to the main campus. It wasn’t until after that the RT told me the “DR” made the decision AFTER speaking with them to have my baby admitted because her breathing in fact was not normal. “DR” CHRIS A. RAMSOOK, MD Is probably the most negligent “Dr” I have come across, everytime I think or talk about his negligence in my daughters situation I cry thinking about the harm it could have caused my baby! He SHOULD NOT be in the medical field the way he does NOT care for “his patients.” Every single nurse and Dr at the main campus for PCH handled our baby with love, care and patience, they thanked us so much , and so did the EMT’s that transferred us from Avondale to the main campus, they thanked us for advocating for our baby and being her voice because only god knows how worse this could have gotten. My baby ended up having to be in the PCH main campus from midnight 12/28 to 3pm 12/30. But according to “DR” CHRIS A. RAMSOOK, MD she was okay and ready to go home, oh really? With the rhinovirus that was discovered that was causing the bronchiolitis and pneumonia developing? Right… “DR” CHRIS A. RAMSOOK, MD SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO “HELP” PEOPLE AND NEEDS TO FIND A DIFFERENT PROFESSION!!!"

"We were visiting from out of town when our little one got a small head laceration. The staff here was amazing, everyone (right down to a passing janitor in the hallway) was extra friendly and kind. We arrived shortly before closing and no one batted an eye at that inconvenience. The medical care was timely, skilled, and efficient. They were sweet and compassionate as well, and made the visit as painless as possible. The security guard chatted with my toddler as we left, then stood guard in the parking lot until we drove off to make sure we got on our way safely in the dark. He really went above and beyond. I left feeling 10x better than when we arrived. Thank you everyone!"

"On Friday June 23rd I took my son into this location around 10:30 p.m. I was checked in and taken to the back fairly quickly. My son is 4 and autistic so of course being in a medical office isn't the most pleasant place to be. We get to the back and a nurse comes into the room...(older,White lady, short blonde hair) my son is in pain from his ear and is frantic with just the sight of her so of course he is crying. This nurse has the nerve to YELL at my son to BE QUIET WHILE SHE IS TALKING!! Very unprofessional!! If you do not have the patience for children perhaps you should find a different profession!!!"

"Took 2 of my sons to urgent care on a Saturday morning. We were seen very quickly. Dr did a good evaluation and was very informative. While there my son fell and hit his head from good ting around. Dr did a concussion check and kept us for a while longer for observation. The staff was very friendly. This was my first visit there but it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use them if I need a pediatric urgent care in the future. And I would recommend them to friends and family too."

"If Dr. William Luciano is on for the night you’re in great hands! His bedside manner is amazing and he truly cares about the patient! He pretended to be a frog while checking out my daughter and she was tickled pink! He was very efficient and informative! Assessments were made timely and we are out in about an hour! Brianna the nurse and Cassandra the tech/ent were also kid friendly and all around sweeties. Great place to have your kiddos seen if you’re new in the area or need urgent care."
