"Bell Fitness offers some wonderful morning yoga classes and an amazing Sunday afternoon Yin class. The yoga teachers are attentive and make the classes accessible for all levels of experience. "I am a former athlete who never lifted weights because we didn’t do that in the 70s. I really despise working out, and have tried my fair share of programs. I really liked the Bell Fitness’s “half hour will change your life,” so decided to sign up for the program. It’s amazing and indeed a 1/2 hour has changed my life. "i can’t say enough good things about bell fitness! when i came in 6 months ago i was so nervous as i hadn’t worked out in years or been in a gym setting. they immediately made me feel comfortable and they gave modified versions of excercises since i was a beginner and the other members made me feel comfortable as well! i was able to lose 30lbs & gain muscle w the help of all the coaches! thank you coach margherita & all the other coaches for your continued help in my health journey!"

"I love Bell Fitness! It’s been awhile since I’ve worked out and was a bit nervous about starting up again. All of the trainers are wonderful. And the members were so friendly from my very first visit! They really kept me motivated. I’ve had a setback with back issues and they have checked in with me several times since I haven’t been in the studio. I really feel like they care about me and are there to help me succeed. The new stretching class has been a godsend for me right now! Perfect timing! Highly recommend Bell Fitness!"
