"I don't like bad reception areas and so I was disappointed with the reception staff--very cold, unfriendly, no eye contact. Yuk. I was really sick so I decided to stay. The nurse doing vitals was so nice. Dr. Cheng's assistant is awesome and couldn't be kinder. Dr. Cheng was the gold star that day--what a really nice man and very interested in getting me well :-) He ordered a test for something that I mentioned on the side, as well. When the results came back--he called twice to make sure he talked to me personally--WOW!!! Who gets that from a doctor anymore??? Not my former Family Doc, for sure. He only called if I was a day late on my bill saying he wouldn't treat our family anymore if... Thank you Dr. Cheng for restoring my faith in Doctors care again. Now if we can do something to train that front desk in customer service...geesh."
