"Dr. Nima was recommended to me by a trusted neighbor and after months of dragging my feet on switching pediatricians I finally took my son in for his 18 month check up. The staff was pleasant, the clinic was inviting and I am beyond pleased with Dr. Nima. She was so good with my son and had a very cheerful personality. Baby boy #2 is on the way and we will definitely be going back to Dr. Nima at TLC Pediatrics."

"We did a lot of research when we were pregnant to find a pediatrician. We narrowed it down to two and when we called TLC we knew this is the place we wanted to be. Our first visit with Dr Miller and every appointment after has been amazing! We really can’t say enough wonderful things about TLC. All the nurses and doctors are fantastic. They also have a nurse on call 24/7, which is soo important! You know kids always seem to get sick or have things happen on nights and weekends and TLC provides you with the support you need during those hours. You can also get a same day appointment very easily. There really aren’t any cons to choosing TLC. I would make the same decision time and time again. Dr Miller, the nurses, and the support are truly top notch. You are missing out if you don’t choose TLC Pediatrics."

"Dr. Nima is quite possibly the best pediatrician ever. She is so loving, actively listens, and of course is a super knowledgeable provider. I know it can be hard to maintain your energy when you have a revolving door of patients all day every day, but she would never make you think that with how she shows up to each appointment. We are so grateful for Dr. Nima at TLC! Also, all medical assistants we’ve met with have been wonderful."

"I was referred to Dr. Miller by a friend with kids not on the autism spectrum, as mine is. I was very impressed by Dr. Miller's knowledge and care of our son from first meeting him. He's struggling with going to appts and getting back into the exam room. He's 13 and very strong, and strong willed. We wanted our son's ankle looked at for possible fracture, but he was unable to make it into the room for 2 of our scheduled appts. Dr. Miller left the most kind voicemail I have ever received from a medical provider, and I have it saved for whenever I need to be reminded of the goodness in the world shown our son. Dr. Miller said to please call her back to discuss alternate ways of examining our son's ankle, and he was finally able to be seen (in the exam room because that's just how his mind works sometimes. Make an alternate plan, and the first doesn't seem so bad after all :)). Despite our son's change of heart, I will not forget Dr. Miller's willingness to go outside the box for one of her patients, and the compassion shown our family. Thank you, Dr. Miller."

"A few thoughts: - Dr. Nima is amazing with my 2 year old - I wish she could be at the Chandler location 100% of the time! - Wait times are ridiculous - over the last 6 months it's usually 45 minutes to an hour after the appointment time, but my partner and I have decided the wait times are worth it for the care we get when we actually get to speak with the doctor. HOWEVER, I have to warn others - We could not get an appointment with Dr. Nima so chose to make an appt. with Dr. Matsumoto. I was looking forward to meeting her as the owner of the place, but had the worst experience. After waiting 45 minutes to see her, she spent maybe 3 minutes in the room with us, and was literally walking out the room as I was still asking questions. Fortunately, PA Dan, "Dr. Dan" happened to be walking in the hallway and finished answering my questions to ensure I could understand how I could provide some relief to my 2 year old daughter for the pain she was experiencing. I debated leaving this review, but continue to be disappointed that an owner of a medical center wouldn't prioritize client service. I am so thankful for the more regular doctors we see, so want to say thank you to Dr. Nima and PA Dan for all the love, attention, patience, time, and care during a very unusual time for children's sickness. Your jobs can often be thankless, but there are hundreds of parents, like me, who feel nothing but gratitude. Now knowing how the owner operates, I hope you never lose the ability to make each patient feel so cared for. It's the only reason we will continue to take our business to TLC."
