"We were not impressed with our visit today. We decided to take our newborn to Desert Valley after looking through the reviews and decided to skip our local pediatric office. We saw Patti Peterson both her and her assistant were unfriendly. The assistant was extremely short and rude. She even shut the door pretty hard on us when we were in the room. Well, that was a great introduction to the actual physician who was very defensive and confrontational when asking questions."

"We moved from Phoenix to Buckeye & needed a new pediatrician for our baby. I made an appointment here weeks in advance. The location is good & office is clean. They have a “well” & “unwell” section for seating which I appreciate. Rosie at the front desk was very nice. We were seen by Dr. Serino. He was very friendly & had a great bedside manner with our baby. He listened to all of our concerns & addressed them fully. Really happy with this office."

"My daughter saw Kayla Cantu, Nurse Practitioner, for her well visit today. Kayla was amazing with my daughter who has special needs. She made my daughter feel comfortable and answered all our questions. My daughter hates going to doctor appointments, she has many, but actually left the appointment in a good mood and it was because of the excellent care. I highly recommend Kayla Cantu for pediatric care."

"I would highly recommend this office and Nurse Practitioner Kayla Cantu. We have followed her to all the offices because she is just that great. My daughter loves her because she is so kind and just so easily approachable. The office will go above and beyond to get you in same day and they actually return calls. It's a large chain but we prefer this Buckeye location, it's nice, new and Kayla Cantu is there. It's a plus, plus, plus."
