"Was referred here in November 2023 for stroke, after 3 reschedules I finally got to see the doctor in the end of February 2024. He talked to me for 5 mi utes and prescribed blood thinners. Now I need approval for another procedure and I'm told I need to make an appointment with Dr first. I've been on blood thinners for 2 weeks and you just saw me! This office is all about money. They billed my insurance for all 3 appointments even though I was not seen and they were rescheduled because the doctor had something up! I have called multiple times with no answer and the recordi g says for faster service text your name, date of birth, address etc so they can pull your file and help! That is putting your personal info out there, I would think that is a HIPPA violation. Do not go here if you can help it!"

"If I could give no stars I would. Run from this place. The only reason I went was to get a simple nerve test referred by another doctor. Office staff is rude, hard to understand and they don’t answer their phones. They won’t do their job and communicate with the insurance company they expect you to do that even though you have no idea what they are asking for. The building is gross and isn’t clean. Got a bad vibe from the moment I drove into their parking lot."

"As it takes too long for they to answer the phone, I decided to text, when worst never answer texts messages in a week. They referred me to a radiologist that is not covered by my insurance. Now I’m looking for a different neurologist."

"It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that your guys phones don't work half the time. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to sit listening to the automated menu just spinning in circles over and over to the point that you get in the car, still on the hold menu, drive over, walk in, still listening to the automated menu pretending to place the call, and see a receptionist not on the phone with anyone else, the phones not ringing, nothing. Get it together. I shouldn't have to drive to your office to verify something as simple as scheduling an appt or verifying whether or not an existing appt is virtual or in person."

"If you care about your health, please don’t waste your time and money coming to this clinic. I went to see Dr. Woods because I lost all feeling in my arm and my fingers I had extreme fatigue it’s been a month and he wanted me to get an MRI the day that I went in for my appointment, and my insurance mentioned that he never sent the pre- authorization or provided enough notes and so it got denied. After I’ve called multiple times and begged for them to send an appeal to my insurance so that it can get approved so I can finally get answers from my arm. They failed to do so. The office is also very dirty and the stuff is unprofessional. Worst experience of my life."
