"Cleaning service itself was great but customer service was below average. When I asked what made the company ‘organic’ I received a very short and unknowledgeable response of “we just use organic products”. I was also told I would be able to pickup my order prior to closing but didn’t receive a pickup text per request until 5 minutes before closing leaving me no time to pick it up. My suit cover that I use for travel was also discarded and when I made mention of that being frustrating the gal just looked down and ignored my frustration. If you are going to be an ‘organic’ company please make sure your employees are knowledgeable as to why if you truly are. I gave my business to you for that reason."
