"I have been a patient for 4 years and the care I received has been 5 Stars. At my last visit, with the exception of 3 of the staff, including the front desk, everyone is new. I have to admit I felt a little apprehensive because during your treatment the staff (everyone) become like family and I felt like I had lost family members, ( Covid-19 made this feeling worse), but in the end I still felt like I was getting the best care and everyone was great."

"I had called on Tues and staff said when you get to Sonora quest call us and we'll send over the orders. I get to Sonora quest and call the one covering front desk couldn't see my orders or access them and all Mas were at lunch. I had someone come to cover me at work so I could get my labs done! Thank God the staff at Sonora quest were so nice and worked me in after my appt time ..others may not have been and I would've had to reschedule my oncologist appointment! Staff covering front desk should be able to answer questions and have access for these And why do all MAS go to lunch at same time ?"

"I have with Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center for nearly 3yrs. The staff are great. They always make me comfortable. The other patients have been easy to talk to as we sit getting our treatments. My doctors have been great also."

"This was my first infusion. Check-in was quick and friendly. During my infusion, everyone was very kind and caring and my RN answered all my questions. It was a very good experience, right down to the pillow and blanket."

"This was my first time at this location as mine wasn’t available to have treatment. So from the time I arrived to the time I was released I was treated with the upmost respect, kindness and caring of all I came into contact with. My nurse that day Jessica was so compassionate to how I was feeling when I was receiving my treatment and she could tell that I was in pain so she would slow down or give me a break when I needed it"
