"I am very disappointed with this UPS store.After 15 years with having a secure mail box this facility decided to remove our whole bank of boxes. I now go in and give them my box number and they go to back room and check in a file.My mail is not secure. I could give them any box number and get their mail. I have to stand in line with other that are mailing packages to get my mail.What a disappointment."

Additionally, Jordan the operations manager actually argued with me regarding the level of customer service. Not only have I lost the international sale, the parcel is now lost and I have lost 188.00 shipping cost."

There is a newer individual I received over the top attitude on the first transaction with her and I chopped it off to her having a bad day. Today, same over the top attitude. Forget it. I drove a few more blocks and got great service at Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale. Absolutely no arrogance there from employees."
"Amen to Ashley! I was sending special items home to my mom and I came in with so many things to ship and to top it off they were about to close. She went above and beyond for me and had a smile on her face the entire time. She was so personable and professional. I worked in customer service for years and she is someone you are lucky to have on your team. Thank you for having someone like Ashley on your team!
