Central Transport

"I recently applied for a driving position and had a interview with the om and recruiting and was passed on to safety. Waited for two weeks for a answer . Holding off on responding to other companies . I called recruiting they passed me on to the om and I was told my application was rejected. I couldn't get a reason why. Thought Maybe something needed to be straightened out . Still no response. I thought central would be a good fit for me. I have had zero tickets in over ten years. I have twenty years of experience in air,ltl ,intermodal and logistics of the freight industry. I have 7 years driving cdl A tractor-trailers. I have all my endorsements. No accidents. No dui. So I'm SMH. Insurance companies, and recruiters are ruining good drivers lives."

"Second time using them and each time they can't find the drop off so instead of calling they just leave. 100% the worst service out of the freight companies."

"I've received equipment via Central Transport in Tucson a couple times now. Each time the people here have been super accommodating and awesome to deal with. In the future, whenever I learn that a vendor is shipping my goods via Central Transport, I'll consider it a bonus. Much Respect!"

"Pathetic!!! Central lost my pallet in September 2022 and now it is February of 2023 and they still have NOT paid our claim. Excuse after excuse after excuse is all I hear. They lost it and what is there to dispute? There are way too many other transportation companies to deal with and let it be known you should use these others than deal with Central Transportation."

"So this company promised a 4 day Delivery time frame, no problem. They picked up the Pallet on Monday Morning and when I called so I could confirm if it would be here Thursday, Friday or Saturday all I was told was that it would be 4 days. The next day I got a tracking update saying it would not be here until Tuesday of next week. I sent an email asking why and was told there was a high freight volume... suddenly... I let them know this needs to be here within the agreed time frame and I was sent to someone else. Wednesday comes around and I finally hear something, they are moving it to another warehouse to help speed up the process but now the date has been pushed back another day.... I asked if this would get it back on schedule and was told that was the goal. This morning (Thursday) I check the status and it has not only not moved warehouses but now it is delayed yet another day. So we went from a 4 Day time frame to over 8 Business Days. Of course they at this point do not care to respond as they have been paid but I think it's time for a Charge back to get their attention. There is a reason so many people rate them negatively, they deserve it."
