"Rude and aggressive delivery person named Luis. Arguing with my husband who was upset when he told me that he was leaving appliance in the street (curbside)...where anyone could steal. I convinced him to use his forklift and bring into gate, which he did and then took off. We were left with an extremely damaged appliance, cardboard and pallet. We ordered online from Home Depot. This is the worse delivery situation we have ever had. I called and after 30 minutes they hung up. They want us to wait 2-4 weeks for someone to pick up. It is blocking our exit. NEVER AGAIN!!"

"These guys are awful! As some of the other reviews have stated my order is coming from Phoenix and I am inTucson. They have moved the delivery back every day they promised. It will be the 4th time they’ve changed the delivery. It’s an evap cooler for my outdoor animals. The average temperature during this week has been 110 degrees. There is absolutely no reason to take a week to drive 90 miles to Tucson. Poor communication and poor service. I will do everything I can to convince Home Depot not to use them anymore. I’m not holding my breath that it arrives tomorrow. I hope my animals don’t die!!!"

"Every time my parts provider uses Estes to ship our parts it takes them more than a week to get parts from Phoenix to tucson. If we call to find out when to expect delivery no one knows or we are told a day and it shows up days later. The drivers have been rude while delivering our packages. We have been very unhappy with the service."
