The UPS Store

"If I could give Nicholas 10 Stars, I would because he deserves it. I went in at 4:45 pm, 15 minutes prior to closing. I had a simple Amazon return. There were 8 people ahead of me, with 2 more arriving after me. He was working alone. He professionally and respectfully took care of each patron, at 5pm, he asked if someone would lock the front door. I did, while he continued to make copies and ship packages and handle returns. When it was my turn, I felt obliged to thank him. He said it had been like this all day and he still had to process all of the packages for UPS pick up before he went home. He told me, it was ok, he had a job. He never once got upset, even when the printer ran out of tape for tracking notices. He smiled and continued working. I told him that I was here last week and it was the same way. He was working alone. I believe that UPS has an excellent employee with Nicholas. I hope that he is recognized for as he said, "just doing my job." He does it well, efficiently, respectfully, graciously and with a smile. Thank you Nicholas for your service."

"Hello, All my scans did not come through to me. There were two separate scans. There should have been about 20 pages in the first scan. Then 5 pages in the second scan. I received ony 1 page. of the second scan. The UPS store Silverbell phone is declining calls. Reason?? I've been trying to get through to someone at the Silverbell office since 2/19/2024"

"Service was decent. Stopped in to drop off an Amazon return. On the small counter, there was not just the one tip jar (shown in picture) but the employees had both a tip jar and a "gratitude" jar. Next time, I'll be dropping off my returns at Whole Foods."

His store is clean, is well maintained, provides a wide range of services and he is incredibly helpful. I won’t ship from anywhere else…. A very important business in this part of Tucson. "I just want to thank and give the highest compliments to the staff at this UPS store, after they went above and beyond helping me get a package shipped to my home address in the Phoenix area, after the automated UPS “My Choice” system persisted in rerouting it back to them several times as an access point (a result of me living in Tucson previously, but unable to remove it online). The ordeal I went through over at least 4 days was due to the very unsatisfactory outsourced call center support, which wasn’t able to do anything to assist me. So the in-person staff here left me very impressed and I just want to give them props!"
