"Funny story, I purchased a membership for my wife as a birthday present, and she's not using it, so I've been going. I workout at a high intensity, it's my healthy way of dealing with stress, however, until I got my first massage at Elements Massage I didn't realize how many areas were, as they say, "angry". The first massage was an eye-opening experience. I NEED THIS! If I'm going to keep working out this hard at 47 years old, I need more than eating healthy and taking supplements. I need body work along side of those things. My second session was another great experience where I was introduced to cupping for the first time. I felt amazing afterward. My therapist (Ivonne) was Amazing and provided me every minute of my 60 min massage plus took time to show me a few stretches afterwards. A bottle of water was complimentary and I highly recommend adding on aromatherapy. Plus you get to take a scented sachet home with you. I highly recommend this location."
