She said the difference was that before she felt like she was being told she had disorders and something wrong with her that she needed to learn to fix . Her therapist here at Innerlight had a different approach. She was told she was an amazing person who had trauma in her life and her therapist was there to give her tools to help her. It made all the difference!"

"The business office calls all hours which is rude and unprofessional. Also called while driving so couldn't answer any question because she wasn't at her computer, so why are you calling? Therapists are okay but it's not worth it dealing with the business office portion of it, and unfortunately you'll have to. Mentally unstable people beware this is not the place to go and will cause you more anxiety than it helps."

"Beware before you book with them. Since Oct, they have billed our insurance $1200, they let go of the family counselor we were seeing because her mom died, and we had to cancel last minute, they just charged us $100, even though we called an hour ahead of time. They are all about money, and getting folks in, if you have not so good insurance you can forget it, or get that they have no counselors available."

"I am very disappointed. When I called in to get availability and after explaining the whole reason for my call I was told that they had availability and she had two counselors in mind that would be a good fit. I asked her specifically if she had availability she said yes they were accepting new clients. I gave her my whole spill she said let me call you in 10 minutes, it was hours later I got a call to say they are giving me a referral because they were booked up. As a small business owner myself that is very unprofessional as not only are you pouring your personal issue to a total stranger over a phone to set up an appointment but then to be told that it was it was the caller (me) that misunderstood. I am not very confident that this business really knows a whole lot about their availability or what they can handle and I honestly don't think they communicate very good amongst them and I do not think they have their togethers together, a bit sad because inner light counseling is such a compassionate name but they lack maturity."
