"Wow, just popped into the Oakley store and I've gotta say, the crew there is amazing! Right from the get-go, they were all smiles and super welcoming. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect eyeglasses not just make a sale. They really know their stuff too. I had a bunch of questions and they nailed every answer, giving me the lowdown on what's what without making it sound like a lecture. They took the time to figure out what I was after and showed me a bunch of cool options, explaining the perks of each so I could make an easy pick. The vibe in the store was just awesome. Even though it got busier while I was there, the team didn't skip a beat. They were hustling but still made sure everyone got the attention they came in for. And it didn't stop at the checkout. "Excellent service twice today. Once at the Tempe location for safety glasses info, trying them on (more options than I expected), and then for redirecting me to the Scottsdale location for prescription lenses. Then again at the Scottsdale location for additional safety glasses selections and setting up the prescription lenses. This was a way better experience at Oakley than at my optometrist's vision center. I'm going to make this my go to location for any prescription needs in the future. I am super stoked to get some safety glasses for work that I will actually be enjoyable to wear. At the turn of the year, I'll likely be back to get a new set of prescription sun glasses. Turbines look awesome since I cannot get the Turbine Rotors in prescriptions."
