Anthony's technique is revolutionary. It involves stretching the muscle and releasing the trigger point so that it can actually relax. I literally walk out feeling better, standing straighter and have more range of motion. My experience is that Anthony is equally an intuitive and trained LMT. He "reads" the muscles response and so does not go too light or too deep. The results are muscles that relax into their natural state.
