"I don't know what has happened but in the last month and a half every bus I get on (Routes 34, 17, 7, 8, 1, and 11) has been anywhere from 15 to 20mins late."

"Worst bus service I've ever seen. Drivers rude, inconsiderate When you want to transfer from one bus to another and the busses arrive at the corner at the same time neither bus waits to see if passengers are trying to transfer they just leave and you sit in the hot sun for 30 minutes to an hour waiting for the next one. There are busses scheduled so that they will leave a transit center 5 minutes before the rest of the busses arrive again making you wait for the next one. There are many other problems I have seen but it would take more room than I'm allowed to list them all. My job has me all over the country and I can say that without a doubt this is the worst transit experience I've ever had."

"Sun Tran is one of the cheapest public transportation in the USA , and the service one can get from this company is usually poor to awful. It is very rare to be able to transfer onto a different bus line without having to fight with the traffic or rushing to get the traffic light. The past weekends I had to use route 1, and the buses were usually 10 min late or 10 min early . This made it impossible to plan ahead when to transfer and made it into guessing game . If one is using the apps on the phone for tracking the location/time it stops working when the bus is 5 min late or 5 min early. I take the routes 4 and 8 almost daily during weekdays on rush hours am and pm. It is very common to see two out of three buses to be out of service. On the web site it is poorly updated and the trip planning app does not recognize that there is a different schedule for weekdays and weekends/holiday do not use it. Also it can be frustrating to use because a street it recognizes one day may not be able to the following day. Google maps does work when it is able to connect to Sun Tran servers. I have not added to this review for several years. Public transportation in Tucson has been very poor or none functional. The buses are old and it is very common to see one one out of serves especially during rush hour. If you want to use the transfer ticket always plan a wait between 5 minutes to an hour. Over 99% of the bus stops were not made for transfer . For one to be able to use the transfer tickets properly depends on the mood of the suntran bus drivers , the traffic lights and traffic."
