"By law State of Arizona any employee working six or more hours are required to have a half hour to hour lunch. This is not happening at this place. Operator's scheduling pickups are sending drivers that are further away from the client when there is someone else closer that could get them on time and not late to an appointment. Corporate HR and hire up need to look at how unprofessional this location is."

"This company recently started the ride for my ADA eligible son. They are always grotesquely late. often by more than an hour from their stated 1/2 hour window of time. Also recently one of their drivers cause property damage in our yard. I am not faulting the driver at all because accident do happen and drivers are operating under enormous pressure to drive too many people. Unfortunately, as nice as the drivers can be, the rides arrive at erratic times, frequently too late but some times way too early. Now it has been almost a week that I have tried to connect to anyone in their insurance claims department, and they tell me to call the Tucson office while Tucson office tell me to call their corporate office in Phoenix. This company is completely unprofessional, and lawsuit-worthy. This is especially the case because the damage to our property poses a safety risk. I wish I did not have to deal with them but unfortunately I do."
