"Don't rely on this company! We scheduled this ride two days prior and was told that they would be there at 4am. We called a few times - no answer and eventually we had to drive ourselves to the airport and pay close to $100 in parking. Called them later and they said it was a technical glitch and beyond their control. That may explain the phone system, but where was our driver. This is why people use Uber because companies like Ride Local Ride cannot be trusted!"
