"I've used Crazy 8 on and off for years, most drivers are nice and helpful and I've never felt unsafe or concerned about a driver. However, dispatch really needs to be more realistic when giving approx wait times, when I call and am told it will be about 20-25 minutes and then over an *hour* later no one has shown up.... And it's not an isolated thing, this happens constantly."
"Old Town Vic… had to put my own suitcase in a dirty junk filled trunk…. Called two days ahead to reserve a ride to the airport. They asked me to call a day ahead which I di. I reserved a pickup at 0445. I wanted to be at the Airport 1&1/2 hours early…. As recommended. They promised they’d be on time. I waited for them in the designated spot agreed on for 20 minutes no show. I called several times NO ANSWER! Finally reached them, they said they had NO RESERVATION FOR ME but, he’d send someone. I’m now waiting in the cold on a busy street in the dark, by myself (75 yrs. old) with a suitcase it’s now 0515. In Yuma AZ. Scared, cold and extremely upset that I’ll miss my planned plane. Did I mention I’m handicapped without my walker. I kept trying to call… no answer…where was my ride?? Crying at this point…Now 0545 the car shows up! Driver was great, (she said she JUST GOT THE CALL) traffic lights were in our favor. Got to airport 10 minutes before takeoff…they waited for me! . highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY…EVER!"
