"The service was terrible. We called hours ahead to arrange transportation home from the airport and followed up with a text (per Vic's instructions), but the driver was at least 20 minutes late. We were the last people by far waiting for transportation. I saw other companies (Buchanan, Uber) waiting at the curb for their fares. The driver's excuse was that Vic never sent him a message. We won't use this company again."
