"I wish I would’ve read these reviews prior to making my appointment. When I initially made my appointment, I made it with Dr. Garza, keep in mind that I gave all the information needed for my appointment, and I was told that I would see Dr. Garza. When I arrived at The front office, they were not polite, nor welcoming, they stated that they had not received my records from my doctor, so I called my doctor right in front of them. My doctor said no I sent them twice. They should’ve received them at which point I told the front desk lady that they were sent can you please check she say oh well I just checked it wasn’t there, she checked again they were there. I waited and waited and waited. They brought me back to the room. I met with a nurse practitioner Who literally gave me no information whatsoever and basically told me that I would have to make another appointment to see Dr. Garza and a couple of days as I was leaving another nurse said oh will give you a call in a week to schedule your appointment. I said well the nurse practitioner just told me that I would get a call in a couple of days. She said no it’ll be a week then I go up to the front desk the front desk tells me two weeks, then I receive an email saying that I have a co-pay of $50. Of course I’m upset because nothing was even done no information no nothing it was absolutely horrifying to be around people that are in the medical world to treat patients in such an unnecessary manner as well as not even being courteous of people time of taking time off of work and so forth in result was I had the front desk manager call me and literally tell me that I need to pay the 50 and that Dr. Garza only does his appointment once a month and that I would have to wait a month to see Dr. Garza. I will say that I have never had these issues in the past and I am not want to write bad reviews but I am warning each and every one of you not to go to this facility. Everybody is extremely rude not helpful. Absolutely have no compassion no empathy whatsoever and they are not organized. They do not communicate to one another they do not know anything that’s going on is absolutely ridiculous and I am extremely upset and I hope that Dr. Garza actually sees these reviews and actually does something about them because from what I can see on all the reviews this is happening more and more . This facility needs to learn Customer Service peoples time is precious and peoples health like this is absolutely insane for people not to call you back not to give you misinformation to be completely unprofessional. ."

"Worst front desk lady. I waited 20minutes past my appt. time to meet Dr. Corrisa. She never came. When I checked with the front desk lady as why I am not seen yet, she was extremely rude. I asked if they value any of my time and she replied " please let the dr know how much you value your time". Ridiculous. I had my first kid here and used to love the clinic. But never coming back here."

"I don’t believe in lowering Dr. Garza’s rating because he’s amazing, but the front desk is just insufferable. Every experience I’ve had with them has been negative. They would give me dirty looks while trying to schedule an appointment in person, and when I told them that certain days and times they had didn’t work for me they would become annoyed. Fast forward to me finding out I needed surgery done, I was told by Dr. Garza that I needed to follow up with him in 2 weeks. When I called to schedule this, the front desk said he was booked for 6 weeks and they couldn’t squeeze me in at a time that works for me. I feel like a post op appointment is pretty important and they should’ve been able to make something work considering the circumstances. Instead, they put me on the schedule for an appointment I told them I wouldn’t be able to make so I canceled it when I got the reminder text. Weeks passed by and I decided to try and schedule an appointment with them again and they were beyond rude over the phone. They said since I was past the 6 week window for post op that my insurance wasn’t going to cover it. Well you never had anything available within 6 weeks to begin with and refused to squeeze me in so how is that my fault? They also threw it in my face that I canceled the previous appointment. I was never able to make that appointment but they put me on there anyways and then decided to blame me over the phone for it. Dr. Garza is amazing, but unfortunately it’s not worth it to me to have constant negative run ins with the front desk. Hopefully they can either improve their customer service skills or hire some compassionate people."

"Dr. Garza has a wonderful warm and empathetic bedside manner. He listens intently and truly cares about you and your baby. This is my third child and I had two different midwives/doctors for the first two. From start to finish I can highly recommend his practice above the others. His excellent staff provide top notch care and always keep a welcoming vibe. I’m thankful for their attention and care."

"Super experience. From checkin to to check out. Personable staff. Gave me time and attention able to engage in a way that I like. Quick appointment. Thorough conversation and I felt genuinely cared for. Looking forward to having a doctor that’s is close by and is caring"
