"My wife and I scheduled a Monday morning ride for my Birthday. Chris took us down a shaded wash as it was approaching 90 degrees. What a great ride. After riding with us and observing, Chris gave me the opportunity to do a 100 yard run! The horse loped like a champ and it was very exciting! I had one more chance to run and I rode it even better! What a great ride. I have never been on a trail ride where you were permitted to lope unless it was at a guest ranch. Prices are very reasonable and they make each ride a private ride as much as possible. We then scheduled a sunset ride the next day. Chris guided us up 3,000 feet to the top (almost), of Mica Mountain. What a beautiful ride through the Seguro National Forest! Unforgettable, finishing at sunset and riding to the end by the light of the sandy trails!! I have stayed at many Guest Ranches, and ridden with many outfits in AZ and Yellowstone. Colossal Cave Stables are the best!"
