"An unwelcoming "welcome center". I tried using the public restroom at the park it's located in and they said it wasn't a public restoom. I've never heard of a park not having a public restroom. The two ladies were of no help and were not friendly. The rack of pamphlets there was more helpful than they were. Nogales is a beautiful and friendly town, surprised to see this is what represents it at the Chamber of Commerce."
